Who are we?

April Laugh is a fitness collective dedicated to bringing holistic health and fitness through community programs encouraging accountability and flexible home sessions.

Getting fit without visiting the gym couldn’t be easier!

This fitness program enables you to lose weight in the comfort of your own home and eat your favourite meals! It includes energetic and enjoyable live workout sessions for every day (using Zoom), meal plans you can enjoy with your family and all you need is your phone and your commitment!

What do we do?

We provide fitness regimens with tools tailored to your specific goals, provide meal plans that are delicious and healthy, create accountability groups that keep you focused on your pursuit, organize daily live workouts that are also recorded, and have a lot of fun while doing this!
